The Print Pro Net Return Policy is designed to provide a clear and fair process for resolving any issues with your custom apparel order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, we offer a 30-day return or replacement option.
When Returns Are Accepted
We will issue a refund or send a replacement if:

You receive the wrong size, color, or design due to our error
To start a return request, email info@printpronet.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short explanation. Our team reviews all requests within 24–48 hours.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Because each order is custom-made, the Print Pro Net Return Policy does not allow returns for:

Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

Design or spelling errors provided in customer artwork

Color differences caused by screen display variations

Change of mind after production has begun
Please review your size chart and digital proof carefully before approval.
Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or if shipping is delayed, contact the carrier or email us for assistance. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with the Print Pro Net Return Policy.
